Owners Craig and Kelly Kirkconnell have celebrated over 20 years of business at The Bruce!

Craig is a Red Seal Certified Chef with over 35 years experience. In addition to overseeing the kitchen, Craig plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations, and the future visions for the business. 

Kelly brings 30 years of experience to the table herself, and oversees the front of house operations. 

Craig and Kelly are dedicated members of the community and take great pleasure in their involvement. From fundraising functions to board members these two are always looking for ways to help improve the community of Kincardine.

At the restaurant they relish the opportunity to host a variety of family and friend gatherings, local groups, organizations and corporate events. They take pride in calling the picturesque town of Kincardine their home. Craig and Kelly really enjoy coming up with every way to make Kincardine THE YUMMIEST destination around.
